Following are the eligibility criteria for availing Digital Document Execution of Locker Agreement facility
Digital Document Execution of Locker Agreement e-Portal is available only for the Locker hirer having SB/CA/CC/OD accounts with Bank of Baroda.
Digital Document Execution of Locker Agreement facility is for Individuals & Joint holders
Applicant’s mobile number & e-mail ID is mandatorily to be registered to avail Digital Document Execution of Locker Agreement facility.
Only Active accounts are eligible for Digital Document Execution of Locker Agreement through this portal
Other indicative terms and conditions are as under:-
Information furnished by the customer is/are True & Correct.
Stamp duty charge as applicable to be paid by the customer.
Convenience fee as applicable to be paid by the customer.
Stamp duty charges and convenience fee once paid are non-refundable.
The customer will abide by rules and regulations for locker operation, as per RBI & Bank’s extant guidelines.
Digital Document Execution process is fully automated, system driven and no manual intervention is allowed at any stage & it is being governed by relevant Laws.
In case, any relevant dispute arises due to Digital Document Execution of Locker Agreement through e-Portal, the territorial jurisdiction will be decided on the basis of location of respective Regional Office and the branch. The local court in that particular area will have the jurisdiction to entertain the dispute arising out of Digital Document Execution.
Non-adherence of any of the above T&C, the Bank reserves the right to reject the Digitally signed Locker Agreement at any point of time.
Please note, in case of any dispute, Bank will be the ultimate deciding authority.
In case Locker agreement is executed at the time of Locker allotment online, customer has to visit the branch within 15 days to take the key of the Locker.
